About Us:
The Alliance for Physician Leadership Alumni Association is a lifelong community of physician leaders. Every graduate of the Alliance for Physician Leadership program — across every track, cohort, and format — becomes a member upon graduation, joining a network of colleagues committed to advancing the practice and profession of physician leadership.
Founded in 2025 as a 501(c)(3), the Association exists to keep that community connected long after the program ends. We advance the mission and reputation of the Alliance for Physician Leadership, champion the professional and career interests of our members, and foster mentorship, networking, and continuing-education opportunities among alumni, current students, and faculty.
Our members give back, too — participating in recruiting, offering curriculum feedback, and supporting philanthropic and volunteer efforts that benefit the program, its students, and the broader field of physician leadership. The Association is operated exclusively for nonprofit, educational, and charitable purposes.
